I had the exact same experience at the Field Museum in Chicago last week. I was there almost four hours and counted only a handful of black families. In Chicago.

I had a trial in Seattle. The jury panel was more educated than any panel I have ever seen. But most are over educated and underemployed. Masters degrees in nothing that will make you employable. Covered in tattoos. Purple hair. At jury duty in sweat pants. 50 years old and in a 30k a year job.
