Its a matter of perspective and self-awareness.
If you’ve gotten yourself to a position where you feel over your head, you might be.
But imposter syndrome is for people who aren't, but feel they're not as competent as their peers.
This is because their intelligence creates superior perception to be able to assess competency more clearly. This is why DKE comes into play, because they're not able to properly ascertain expected competency as well as judging their own competency.
The problem with OP is that this is likely not the imposter syndrome above, but that's what the support staff of the incompetent have spun it as.
The people who "get in over their head" were likely promoted past their competency, which is the Peter Principle.

They highlight new grievances and victimizations almost faster than I can keep up with anymore.

The term is usually used by narcissists who compulsive navel-gaze and compare themselves to others, and also over-inflate themselves to others because they are insecure internally.
It’s never clear to the individual if they are simply an imposter or that they are actually competent but worried they’re not. But other people can usually tell.
They should just ask someone they trust to be brutally honest with them.
Also, quit lying to yourself. If you don’t know something that you’re supposed to know, then get to work and study it. If you don’t know something, be honest about it. Then you won’t feel like an imposter.

So glad my Industry does not really appeal to all these educated, high achieving sisters. I could not deal with the attitude, and whining. And always chasing racism.

Wow, how out of touch is the author of this sht-stew....?
American Media can't go 5 minutes without telling black women that they are the most beautiful, intelligent, important, skrong people on God's green Earth....

I'm giving the finger to anyone like Gail King, Oprah, or mop headed Goldberg.
That's a racist 3.
