With all the problems we have, are people actually concerned with this story?

For the record

You’re such a phony you can’t even get the record straight. The videos are being released for Congressional review, just not released publicly.

It’s in the department of defense’s manual.
I already stated that I support the bombing of boats (with people on them) that are transporting drugs.

If the boat was marked with something like an IR Strobe or other clandestine beacon, if the boat crew surrendered and were captured and we don’t want the Narco-Terrorists to know, the video showing them dumping something that we haven't recovered yet

There are plenty of 100% legit reasons

Do you disagree that wouldn’t happen if it’s released? The media will cycle on to something else if it’s not released. No need to take the bait

No one is doctoring the film.

The DoD has the proven original. The fear of doctoring it is world class paranoia.

Maritime law experts? Obviously not. Go look up the International Maritime Organization's use of force guidance for maritime interdiction. Lethal force is allowed specifically for narcotics trafficking. Also under UNCLOS if the vessel flees, attacks or refuses lawful commands, it is subject to destruction (sinking). Both are IMO and UNCLOS are UN entities.

Assuming it wouldn't be doctored is world class

The point is that Hegseth said releasing video of the second strike would violate Pentagon policy. WITHOUT EXPLANATION, that is obviously not true.

Many are providing explanations here. It would be better to hear it from Hegseth. I support Hegseth. On its face, though, it's a lie to say they can't release a video of a boat bombing because we don't show videos of boat bombings.

The DoD has the originals; anyone "doctoring it" would be a world-class retard if not making a meme.
