You can be incredibly active in shape and have low t in the service
I was 30 when I was checked while in service my total t was 190 despite working out a lot high pt scores etc.

I think this is only applicable to prostate cancer and even then not all the literature is definitive because it also depends on dosage

There are tumors that are androgen receptor positive. Mainly breast and prostate cancer but some lung and kidney cancers too.
It doesn't mean that the androgen caused the tumor but the cell that mutated into a tumor uses androgen as fuel and promotes growth.
