Absent physical evidence, I wouldn’t convict anybody of any crime.

28 year criminal justice career to back that up. I never believe only witness testimony.

to women, sexual assault is now defined as any contact that could be remotely seen as romantic or sexual that they decide later wasnt great or was involving someone they later changed their emotional attractions about

in other words, if they arent an untouched virgin, then they were sexually assaulted by someone

Do you think there are more that are true or false? You know I never actually said that we should definitely assume that it's true. It should warrant an investigation though. You guys are immediately dismissive because you dont care. Partisan bullshite and stucking it to dems is more important than taking a minute to sort things out
