I think Obama has to be there in tradition turning over the keys... They showed Dubya leaving on MarineOne after Obama's and they were tacky in the media showing Dubya leaving saying basically GTFO. Otherwise, it will be followed by at least 10,000 more speeches so I really don't consider it his final speech.
