I watched the entire thing.

We all knew that Don John would be allowed to be declared President in spite of openly collaborating with our enemies for the entire world to see. But it was important that the objection was raised, so our children will known someone tried to do something.

What would you suggest? The man openly asked the Russian Federation for illegal election assistance and offered up a softening of U.S. policy on Russia in exchange - in broad daylight - for the entire world to see. Both the Electoral College and the overwhelming majority of Congress were A-OK with allowing this open violation of U.S. election law and treason slide.

based on my limited experience, most of the young folks are long gone from Facebook

Could be they just blocked you :)
quote:

Describes you perfectly.

Are you saying that even though I can understand you, when I speak in my normal voice I sound pompous and faggy to you?

quote:

LA purchase people eat better than we did growing up. I see them with 2 buggies full of the most awful, unhealthy, unfilling foods on planet earth.

Usually coke, meat, chips, fruit punch, cereal, frozen dinners, cookies, pastries, etc. maybe a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs.

You go around inspecting other people's grocery carts? What the frick is wrong with you? What are you, the food police?

quote:

It's not the taxpayer's job to fully support the non-taxpayer indefinitely, and spoil them with unhealthy sugary foods.

Spoil them? What does that even mean?

The biggest opponents in the push to pull sugary drinks from food stamps are the people manufacturing those drinks. You realize that, right?

It is the most common thing sold in grocery stores. This should not be surprising.

quote:

For years, dozens of cities, states and medical groups have urged changes to SNAP, or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, to help improve nutrition among the 43 million poorest Americans who receive food stamps. Specifically, they have called for restrictions so that food stamps cannot be used to buy junk food or sugary soft drinks.

But the food and beverage industries have spent millions opposing such measures
,

No fricking way. They wouldn't do this because it would give them negative press and people would boycott them! This is how the free market works! Econ 101 theory says it cannot be true!!!!

quote:

Oh, like you are qualified to speak on that. You are making a case tonight as the dumbest poster to post on this board in the past few months. Even worse than Hugo, Ebbandflow and Cruiserhog.

I realize that some people consider evidence based discussion to be dumb. Pompous and faggy even. This is OK. I love them in spite of their stupidity and I want them to be happy. I just don't want morons like that running our country.

quote:

"If you receive more money back than you paid in taxes, you aren't receiving your tax refund, you are receiving mine."

Only for that year's accounting period.

If I pay 10k in taxes one year, and pay none the next year and get 5k back on top of that, I am receiving my own refund from a previous year.

I mean we could go with your logic I guess, if you want to classify large numbers of retired people who have paid plenty of taxes into the system as leaches. Mitt Romney had no problem with doing that. Of course there is no logical reason to stop at benefits paid through the IRS. Anyone on subsidized student loans is getting a federal benefit equal to the difference between interest on a market rate loan and interest on their subsidized loan. This would make large numbers of college and professional school students dependent birds by your logic.

With the caption: How is it different for poor people?

People aren't birds. I would think that would be obvious. Trump supporters are even dumber that I thought I guess.

quote:

Congressman John Lewis should finally focus on the burning and crime infested inner-cities of the U.S.

Crap. Which cities are burning?

quote:

I can use all the help I can get!
 That's funny. Trump doesn't need help from anyone. He is going to fix the inner city crime problem, period. He is so awesome why would he need help? That moron Trump who said that about Trump hates Trump and America.

quote:

How could you trust a person that would do that?

Clearly anyone who doesn't want their children to be killed is untrustworthy.
quote:

Ok Mr. Koskinen. You were a credit to political lackeys everywhere.

I am very sorry I don't swallow your lies without evidence. I don't listen to AM talk radio or watch FOX News.
quote:

Did you even read the emails that were released? If so, you'd know that the DNC rigged the election to tank Bernie's run.

Can you point to a specific email that shows Hillary Clinton rigging an election?

quote:

He used the IRS to deny Americans the right to participate in an election.

No.

Next lie please.

quote:

Yes the good apparatchik of the Dem party, he got his sweet dacha on the lake.

The same guy who was not a member of the Democratic party until he decided to run, and who withdrew from the party shortly after he motioned that Hillary Clinton should be the nominee? That apparatchik?

BTW - is there any actual evidence Hillary Clinton 'rigged' the election or it this just one of those post-truth tell it like it is things we are supposed to accept without evidence?

quote:

Somewhere Bernie is weeping.

You mean the guy who made the motion to nominate Hillary Clinton for President? That guy?

quote:

(WHICH PROVED THAT THE DEMS AND THE MEDIA WERE COMPLIANT IN RIGGING THE ELECTION THEMSELVES).

The "Dems" didn't rig the election. You can say it till you are blue in the face, it won't make it true.

quote:

First of all, if you truly think the Trump is a puppet of Russia, your a freaking idiot.

Oh, well damn, that's some unbeatable logic there. "If you disagree with me, you are an idiot". Sorry, I can't argue against a genius like you. You must have gone to Trump University with all them brains.

quote:

Secondly, the CIA, DNC and media colluding to purposely weaken the President of the United States, and to rig the election is far scarier than another foreign government trying it.

You forgot - Trump. On July 27 he asked the Russians to interfere in our election - on national television. He is clearly part of the group colluding to weaken his power (and only a super smart person would do that).
quote:

Do you owe the money?

The law says you only owe traffic fines if you are ticketed for a traffic violation and are found or plead guilty or no contest.

Also - the law says you owe your consumer use tax without having to be informed that you owe it by the state. It is your responsibility to report the purchase and tax owed just the same as it is your responsibility to report cash or otherwise under the table income.

Any other dumb questions?

quote:

I would say that taxes are far more difficult than they should be. Lots of room for error. Which is why you are allowed to submit amended returns.

It's not really that hard. You add up everything you bought out of state that wasn't taxed, multiply it by 0.09. Is that difficult for you? I suppose if you are mentally incapable of addition and multiplication, the prosecution would go easy on you.

BTW, for people entering the U.S. from most nationalities south of the border, figuring your consumer use tax is actually a helluva lot easier than getting all the proper paperwork in order to enter the U.S. legally.

quote:

You are either in a country legally or you are there illegally.

When a person who has not previously been deported enters the U.S. without stopping at the border for inspection, they have committed the crime of illegal crossing. They aren't committing an additional crime by staying. It isn't illegal for them to *exist* here, the illegal act begins and ends with the crossing.

quote:

I don't usually like to talk ugly about slow people but I swear to all things holy that you're either incredibly obtuse or a Forrest Gump type of special.

...says the guy who thinks addition and multiplication is "difficult".
quote:

He won't even be sworn in until 5 days from now, and he's already done more for this country than Obama did in 8 years.

Of course. Provided you credit him with all the good things that have happened in the past 6 months and credit Obama with all the bad things.

He actually won the popular vote, too, so long as you subtract enough votes from Hillary.

He is also 20 feet tall, if you add about 14 feet to his height.

quote:

I good start would be to perform a full investigation into the whole IC (not just the CIA), and find out who in the hell was responsible for leaking all this crap to the media, and then persecute them to the fullest extents of the law.

Russians break into Hillary's email server - forget the illegal act of breaking into the server - concentrate on what was leaked.

CIA leaks evidence of Trump being a Russian puppet - forget our President-elect is a puppet of Russia concentrate on the leaker.

Got it.

quote:

And driving over the speed limit.

This isn't generally a criminal infraction. Though it is a lot more detrimental to public safety than simply walking across a border without stopping to say hi.
quote:

Intentional meh. People forget stuff and make mistakes.

Do you think we have a bunch of people "accidentally" illegally crossing the border. I believe you called them "wet backs". Which,by the way, isn't the correct nomenclature. It's illegal alien. You're welcome.

So you would say that ignorance of the law is a good excuse for breaking it? Yes?

quote:

Conservatives have to be careful with taxes because the IRS targets them.
So it's logical that they would pay ALL taxes that they owe.
:rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: That is classic Trumpkin logic, I love it.
