Has national rhetoric hit your local elections?

Our local primary races have had folks accused of being on the take, part of “back room deals” and not transparent. Folks need to “take their county back.”
This is the worst rhetoric I’ve seen in our local primaries. Seems like the national rhetoric has invaded local races.
Anyone else seeing this level of infighting between local candidates of the same party?

Bro. We had a governor run on being anti-ISIS.
In Missouri.
The pro-ISIS Missourians were livid.
