Yes, but it is not “rigging”.
Everything else you mentioned is not conclusive evidence. And Trump, and his teams, had their chances to present evidence in court, and they came up small.
Trump knew six months before the election that the Dems were going to vote harvesting. Why didn’t he infiltrate and sting them? Either the Dems didn’t do a lot of it, Trump is a moron, or Trump had alienated everyone who could have helped him.

If millions feels like this is rigging, your aren't going to change their minds.
When millions don't trust the election systems of their country, that spells serious trouble.
