re: Has anyone here applied for medical or religious exemption against Covid-19 vaccine?

I had a doctor's letter requesting that I be allowed to delay my vaccination until one had received FDA approval or until the Novovax became available.
I had a signed offer letter (this was in late July) and had been told that the vaccine was not mandatory for remote sales.
I sent the letter to my future boss, he sent it to HR and I heard nothing for over a week. They delayed my start date and then I got a call from the VP of HR saying that they had decided to not fill the position.
Do this at your own risk - you might have better standing if you're already employed, but they feel like they have the clout to act on this. Seems like HR is all in on COVID shite and are enjoying their power and extra relevancy very much.

In essence
I hear what you're saying, but there is no "in essence" when dealing with this shite. You have to be clear and precise which is why Jeff Landry advised that Louisianans need to specifically use the word "philosophical" and he gave a statute on the books to explicitly cite when dealing with your respective HRs. Can't get the girl a little pregnant, you have to be all-in which is why medical is the #1 card to play with religious and philosophical just augmenting the approach.

What grounds is your medical or religious exemption based on?
Either way you would need a doctor or priest/religious leader to sign off on it

I won’t be playing a card. My convictions about God and Christ are real and guide my choices in all things—not just where Or how I worship.

This is false.

If asked: Have you gotten the shot (s)?
Me: Have you had anal sex today?
Since we are asking questions that are none of our business.

Nope. Unless you’re just talking out of your arse, you had better check your sources.

Tell them you’re not taking an experimental jab for a disease that’s not serious. Lots of jobs and opportunities out there.
