They are correct in that dropping 400 Haitians in an area will overwhelm most civilized places and probably.constitutes a crisis.

Under Trump's first term one of the other Caribbean islands was saying they just werent going to take them back, then a couple of days later they said they were misquoted they just wanted to be advised. Which was another lie cause they are notified.
About a month passes and I got word from the coconut telegraph that the state department gave the prime minister a call and asked him where he wanted his now revoked visa, along with his outside woman, wife and two kids who were in school in the states, where would he like them sent. Boy got a little attitude adjustment in a hurry.
