The smart move is for the university to say they support their coach, the same way that universities support professors that scream and yell and post all kinds of anti-Trump rhetoric, assault conservative values and promote anti-white diatribes. If they fire him over this, he can sue them into oblivion. If I were him, I'd be looking at a minimum of a $250 million lawsuit.

That's why everyone needs to be an individual. Ralph Waldo Emerson's essay on the subject is important, moreso than ever.
Conformity is the real enemy and it dilutes all. If you say you are for BLM, you can pretty much lay out all arguements before any have ever been uttered. If you are for All lives matter, a similar case can be made. It is better to be an individual who is misunderstood.
