I'm generally aggressive on protecting our Second Amendment rights, yes.

I don’t consider antifa political as much as I do a terrorist org.

This feels like some setup BS. Who randomly gives an FFL a business card and why does ANITFA even have business cards?
Same thought here.

Same here... But I don't support terrorist organizations and their members obtaining arms.. even if they're from here and afforded 2nd amendment rights..

A legal paradox. Especially when it involves a governmental entity.

Big talk from someone with no skin in the game.
Gun store owner didn't want to get sued into oblivion because Tranny Oakley shot up a shopping mall, so he told him to pound sand.

As long as he's free to get the firearm he paid for somewhere else.

Fact of the matter is, the dumbass should have never given the shop owner an Antifa Biz card and just got his weapon normally and gone about his miserable business.. Instead this prick wanted to attempt what? make a statement b/c thats all this feels like.. So, boofrickinghoo the poor antifa dingus doesn't get his gun..
B/C he's in most non-delusional people's mind is an enemy of the state.. So frick him and anyone who supports that dirtbag.. I'll side with the store owner on this scenario..

Philosophically, it is a RELATED issue. Perhaps we need a Gun Rights Act of 2024, which would prevent private individuals from interfering with gun rights? Just invoke the talismanic Commerce Clause. It worked in the 1960s for race relations, right?

Pretty sure that unless you're convicted of a crime, or you lie on the application, or people believe you're an imminent danger to yourself or others, law enforcement can't restrict your 2A rights.

I quite literally don't care about any of that.

Look Antoninus, you know damn well I'm pretty close to being an absolutist.
Regardless, don't conflate my thoughts on what the gun shop should have done, with the idea that the government should step in and force some action.
Our government does a fine job of stomping on our rights. I don't think we should get in the habit of doing it for them.

Where do you stand on anthrax and ricin? The weaponized versions are most certainly "arms".

Explain how to utilize those for self-defense.

Right after you show where the 2nd mentions self-defense.

Right after you show where it talks about anthrax and ricin.
