He has a right to buy a gun, but he does NOT have a right to buy it from ME, and I am not obligated to sell it to him.

It is really that simple.

I would sell to a Klansman too, but I can certainly understand why others would not, and respect that right.

This is also the town where the infamous exploding whale occurred. After seeing the size of the Antifat supporter, maybe the shop owner didn't want to take chances with whales and explosives again.

Where does the Second Amendment bar an INDIVIDUAL from refusing to sell a firearm to someone he does not like?

The Second Amendment bars action by GOVERNMENT.

Interesting question, though. Since THIS guy did not sell the weapon but was simply completing a statutorily-required background check, did he BECOME a de facto agent of the government, causing the 2nd Amendment to apply to him? Maybe

If I represented the buyer, that is certainly the argument that I would present.

Nobody in a terrorist organization would be able to pass a background check if the FBI weren't so compromised by the left.

You never had integrity.

You're not playing by anyone else's rules.

If you had integrity to begin with, it wouldn't matter what anyone else's rules were.

A business should be able to refuse service. The customer can find another provider.

LOL at the idiots white knighting for the Terrorist ...

The gun store own can legally refuse to sell to an individual even if they can pass a background check.. For whatever reason they deem necessary..

I don't think they are "white knighting" for the AntiFa buyer.

They just feel very strongly about the 2nd Amendment, even if they don't have a very good understanding of what it says.

I support a business owner doing what he feels like he should to protect his business.

The antifa business card was just a stunt. The tranny freak lsu convert freak klan member go let the attention the freak wanted.

I support their right to do that. I'm not onboard with someone controlling access to a firearm they're legally allowed to posses because of their politics. That sounds like something Democrats would love.
