Correct! I would like to see Affirmative Action in the NBA. Equal amounts of black players and white players making the same amount of money regardless of skill or qualification. That's how it is at any other place of employment.

I'm not sure there's a good country to even compare our demographic to. There's a reason America is called "the Great Melting Pot". Trying to lump us into countries that are largely a single ethnicity isn't going to work.

Demographically, there are no perfect comparisons, but the only places that I can think of that might serve as rough comparisons for us are Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Canada. The UK maybe a little bit, but virtually all of their large-scale immigration from outside the British isles has occurred in the last fifty years or so, so the cultural pieces are a lot different.

I wouldn't really compare us at all to any country in the Old World.
