Modern medicine no longer adheres to the principles and requirements of the scientific method. Be careful what you call science or pseudoscience.
The real "science" isn't what the MSM is covering or educating you about.

It sure does, but there is a ton of science out there proving the viability and efficacy of well manufactured naturally sourced products. These days cutting edge science deals more with what can be done with what nature is already providing vs what can be synthesized in the labs.

Yeah, and I wasn't advocating for listening to everything Big Pharma says.
But unfortunately a lot of that "natural" stuff s nonsense and preys on the desperate. Dr. Oz is not in the middle. He's in huckster land.
Go too far in this direction and you're shining sunlight through flower petals into alcohol to make "flower essence", dabbing it on your tongue, and celebrating when you get over your head cold five days later. That's what the "alternative medicine" hippies in North California and Oregon do.
