People being slow doesn't equal violent. Before the 60s black single motherhood was like 20%, now it's about 80%. Destroying the family was there objective and the downfall of the black community started there. At no point do these people ever once consider attempting to follow the laws and be productive members of society.

We've poured trillions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of innocent lives down the drain trying to fix this broken mindset and I would argue it's worse than it's ever been. The violence and criminality are as bad as ever, and even worse they are angrier and more hate filled than ever.

There is no solution. You can't build a society with certain types of people any more than you can turn a rabid dog into a docile family pet.
