Too late. The 1/20 coup has already voided that document, so it really would just be a crisis.

Come on where are you at Alabama, Mississippi, or Texas?

DeSantis seems to have this under control and Biden is sitting there drooling in his jello in response.

Tell me more of this Constitution you speak of? If they come for guns, is that Constitutional as well? Shutting down interstate travel, where in the Constitution is a president authorized that power.

Read the Declaration of Independence, everything you need to know about how we deal with a tyranical despot is right is in our founding charter.

“The freedom of movement of Floridians” ????
What in the god’s name are you talking about? Right now people are romping around Disney and the beaches and stumbling home from Miami night life while you sit butthurt.

In the case of Texas, the Feds would be powerless to prevent the guard from being Texas military.

Two points

1 I would be in favor of not letting anyone into Florida including all politicians and the current president and vp

2. If Desantis has no power how did he order the NG home after seeing them sleeping in the garage

Remember a long time ago....like last summer, when Trump hinting at doing this to stop cities from being burned down by riots? Remember when he was called a dictator and compared to Hitler for hinting at the notion of mobilizing the NG?

You remember how leftist cried that he couldn’t mobilize the state NG units without the permission of the governor? Good times, good times
