You're boycotting of the companies products will have a serious impact given that you didn't buy them before and wont buy them again....

I never bought any goodyear products either that I am aware of...they have always been high and most people I know do not get good service out of them....but they have been around a long time so someone is buying their products. Given that more people self report supporting BLM than they do Trump....recent polls show a continuing swell of support for BLM that started in 2014 while at the same time showing support for Donald Trump stagnant or dropping....the number or people who will not buy goodyear products because of this is miniscule compared to those who don't care and is probably a wash with the number who might consider goodyear products because of this issue.

This is where all of the angst that put Trump in the Whitehouse comes from....the realization on the part of Trump supporters that the world is changing and changing quickly and they are not as important demographically as they once were and that scares the shite out of them. Its inevitable...old white folks and middle aged white folks with no education who are not as successful as they thought they were going to be and young white folks who thought being white would be enough as it has been in the past are learning that they just aren't that important anymore. They are forced more and more to compete with people who were once under the thumb of their grandparents and many are finding their ability to do so wanting...and it has to be because of the most wildly conceived conspiracies against them imaginable. Sad.

I have said it more than once on these boards...I do not like liberals and can't tolerate being around many...almost everyone I consider a friend is a staunch republican and supporter of Donald Trump...almost everyone in my family is also...the exceptions are a few conservative to moderate democrats who are what southern democrats have always been until Ronald Reagan came along....and I can honestly say that of the staunch Trump supporters I know not a single one is without some SERIOUS issues....most are either addicted to drugs, pain killers mainly, but alcohol also, only one has ever had more money in the bank at any given time to cover his nut for the month and he inherited that money from an Uncle who was a democratic state representative in Texas, many are on some form of public assistance OR working on the government dime, almost all of them have at least one divorce in their history, almost none have a college education, many do not even have a GED, and if there is nothing else wrong with them they suffer from severe emotional issues stemming from childhood issues like horrible divorces or outright neglect and child abuse including sexual abuse. They are pitiful...and their number is not small...I am very well acquainted with at least 37 people who fit in one or more of these catagories who are staunch Trump supporters and the bulk of that support stems from them having reached the conclusion that the system is stacked against them in favor of "them"....They are as much a victim of GOP fear mongering as some Democrats are of Democratic support for being a slave to the state....both groups are crippled by their own insecurity and people on both sides of the aisle exploting that insecurity for their own gain...its sad. If every institution and vestige of society is bent on your destruction...if the government is out to get you, the press is your enemy, academia is out to get you, foreigners are out to get you, pedophiles are out to get you, the commies are out to get you....etc etc etc ...only two outcomes are possible...you either going to get got because their is just too much to overcome...or you are simply making all of that shite up because it is easier than facing reality which is you can make it and live a dream life in the US with a little effort...and some luck to avoid health problems.

Finally heres clue...you only matter to yourself and a small number of people....you have he greatest opportunity man has ever had to make a good life....its up to you. You can either be a victim or you can lead a good life...
