They are moving here to open businesses and access our population, you dumb idiot.

I don't give a F.

This is all new.
Gold Card Citizens will not have to pay taxes on income earned abroad.
Other USA Citizens do have to pay income taxes on income earned abroad.

It's that simple.

So I guess all of the Tax Attorneys & CPA's on CNBC/Bloomberg today that were discussing this don't know what they are talking about, but you do.
God help your clients

$5 Million and no taxes just on what they earned outside the country doesn't bother me.

If they can cover the $5MM they are going to be net producers once here.

We know. You bask in your absolute ignorance.

Ummmm. Again your ignorance rearing its ugly head. There is a program in place already. And it doesn’t cost $5MM. So surprised you didn’t know about that.

You aren’t aware of deductions for taxes paid to tax treaty countries income taxes paid? Color me surprised. Also…these people won’t be US citizens. You dumb idiot.

Are you aware of the logical fallacy of “appeal to authority?” We all know the answer.

You don’t even understand the question…much less the answer.

Maybe you should find a new line of work.

This a cut & paste from the NBC article.
Of course I guess they don't know what they are talking about, but Billy Bob the PT tax bro does,

President Donald Trump's proposed $5 million "gold card" for U.S. residency would be one the most expensive in the world, according to experts.

It also includes a tax loophole that would give the new-card holders a lucrative benefit not available to American citizens

Trump said gold-card holders would not be subject to taxes on their overseas income.

Amazing. Nobody is disputing this. Is that what you think we are arguing? oh my.

Literally not one person here has said this isn’t the case. We have simply been mocking you for not knowing or understanding why that isn’t a big deal.

Back to digging ditches dummy.

Not a single person here is disputing the gold card immigrants will not have to pay us income taxes on foreign income. Not a single person.

You are so out of your league. You are trying to say people are arguing something that has never been argued. Link a single poster arguing that gold card immigrants will pay taxes on foreign income. You can’t. You dumb frick.

I can’t prove you completely wrong any slower. It’s like playing chess against a pigeon.

Prove me wrong. Link a single poster saying gold card immigrants will pay tax on foreign income.

You are either incredibly stupid or trolling..

Just answer one question for me.

If Stud Studdington, German National, buys a Gold Card and opens a manufacturing plant in Texas, why in the frick do you think he should pay the US Income Taxes for the income he has earned across the globe for the last 30 years?

The idea is to pay down the debt. The idea is to create jobs on American soil. The idea is to build the economy. No one is going to come here and start paying taxes on money earned abroad. That would mean he has to pay both Germany and the United States for revenue across the globe. That makes no sense at all. Zero.

If Stud Studdington was a US Citizen, then he would pay US Taxes and he wouldn't pay taxes to Germany any longer. You clearly didn't understand what you were watching..

Kind of. US citizens pay taxes on foreign income unless we have a tax treaty with that country. We have 69 international tax treaties. The guy you’re responding to is an absolute moron.

You are correct about the rest of your post.
