We are already in a civil war! The war is being fought by bullets but through the abolition of the constitution. They do not have to fire weapons at you for there to be a civil war.
The war is being fought through the justice system and the private sector. If you fall on the wrong side you are no longer guaranteed to be protected by the rights of the United States. This war is being fought without traditional military weapons that spill blood in the streets.
