Activist judge.
Taking what she wants from the constitution while ignoring what she disagrees with, changing it to fit her ideas.
She's not defending the constitution. She's rewriting to suit her own personal political agenda. And for that reason she can't get off the court fast enough.

Exactly. We all know the Justices have political leans. Hell, they are humans, not robots. However, when it's time to make their rulings knowing chances are slim that the Justice just might rule the way you hope for, there is still hope (last two minutes of Super Bowl come to mind) but when she makes a statement like that all hope is lost because you know ahead of time exactly what she will do. Sad.

Jesus Christ. When will you people expand your vocabulary and use correct terminology? Lowering the age of consent to 12 would not legalize pedophilia. A 50 year old man could have sex with a 12 year old and it isn't pedophilia. It is child abuse but not pedophilia.
Pedophilia is being sexually attracted to prepubescent children. A 12 year old has entered puberty so therefor not pedophilia.

So in Calif. and NY they want to raise the age for a juvenile convicted of a crime from 18 to 19 years old. So they are a kid if they commit a crime but an adult if they want to have sex? Conquer and divide continues...even to the smallest things
