I would bet that information from her emails will start showing up in indictments or investigations and this allows her to claim she didn't give the info to the authorities.

Same thing as Hillary did. Her server was never hacked. She openly gave access to big donors like China and Pakistan. Saying she got hacked gave plausible deniability.
