The greeks and the Armenians have a pretty solid reason to be wary of the muzzies. A lot of those balkan countries and even poland do as well.

I think he was referring to the intelligence services threatening to take over if they didn't like the outcome of the vote.

Everything starts out small. The Jews and Non aryans weren’t Hitlers first objective. In his mind he knew his plans for the Jews but over time he started to reveal that to the people once he had secured power and taken out his opposition figuratively and literally. Ernst Rhom was an immediate problem and had to be dealt with asap.
