George Washington never had children of his own. It is believed he was incapable. I guess they may have accrued dna results from siblings ancestors, but I can’t imagine there’s any way to pin African dna to occurring before his birth. This is just made made up garbage. Silver lining is if GW was black no need to tear down his statues. May be a good tactic for Robert E Lee.
