russia hacked into several states voter rolls.

That would be a State offense as in the State of Russia and would bring international charges and should.

Has this been done? To that point, what has been done with the 'hackers'?

I’m refuting that the Russians meddle on the behalf of Trump. No evidence supports this.

We'll never know but this is doubtful IMO. Another country meddling in our election would be huge news either way. Have you read how much time and effort was put into this? This wasn't a couple guy operation

So how do we know Russia hasn’t in any capacity already tried meddling in a us election prior to 2016?

It’s ok to objectively say if a democrat wins the White House again and there were instances of a foreign entity trying to meddle that it will not play out in the media like what you see today. They’ll just scream white wing conspiracy.

Heavy sanctions need to be placed on Russia I’m no advocate for that country and I also believe they did in some capacity try to meddle in our election. I also believe they’ve done it plenty of times in the past and they will continuously do it in the future. This whole schtick from liberals that Putin wanted Trump in the White House is dumb as frick because they’ll never admit he might want Cory booker, Elizabeth warren, etc one day.

Well I guess Russia could have meddled previously. But not every one of our intelligence organizations are saying that.

And sanctions were voted to be put on Russia but 45 doesn't want that for whatever reason.

"There's pretty clear evidence that the Russians meddled," Bush said at a talk in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. "Whether they affected the outcome is another question." Who was in the election against Bush?

United States presidential election, 2000:

George W. Bush/Dick Cheney (R) – 50,460,110 (47.9%) and 271 electoral votes (30 states carried)
Al Gore/Joe Lieberman (D) – 51,003,926 (48.4%) and 266 electoral votes (20 states and D.C. carried)

I remember some not so good things from Mr Gore about this. Was this the chaffing incident?

Abstaining – 1 electoral vote (faithless elector from D.C.)
Ralph Nader/Winona LaDuke (Green) – 2,883,105 (2.7%)
Pat Buchanan/Ezola B. Foster (Reform) – 449,225 (0.4%)
Harry Browne/Art Olivier (Libertarian) – 384,516 (0.4%)
Howard Phillips/Curtis Frazier (Constitution) – 98,022 (0.1%)
John Hagelin/Nat Goldhaber (Natural Law) – 83,702 (0.1%)

United States presidential election, 2004:

George W. Bush/Dick Cheney (R) (inc.) – 62,040,610 (50.7%) and 286 electoral votes (31 states carried)
John Kerry/John Edwards (D) – 59,028,111 (48.3%) and 251 electoral votes (19 states and D.C. carried)

John Kerry was boated, dirty repubs

John Edwards (D) – 1 electoral vote (faithless elector from Minnesota)

It’s scary that Russia and the US tried to meddle in the election.

What about the UK? Their meddling was more substantial and constitutes clear cut collusion with both Clinton surrogates and the DOJ. but I must have missed your posts about this.

I don’t think he’s wrong that Russia meddled in the election. That point is pretty clear. Hell, even Levin says that the Russians meddled.

I don’t see where Bush said which side they meddled for, which again, is pretty clear that they meddled on behalf of the Clintons. But the article is projecting the complete opposite.

I think the Russians meddled yet they and Obama, Clinton campaign, and the DNC failed fantastically which warms my heart.

This is the key phrase. Russia and the U.S. meddle in political affairs throughout the world to a greater or lesser extent depending on your definition of meddle. But there is zero evidence that Russian meddling had any impact of the outcome of the 2016 election. But there is well documented evidence that liberal media bias had significant impact on the outcomes of the 2008 and 2012 Presidential elections.

Usually retaliation we the people never hear of. Big countries with nukes pointed at each other retaliate in dark alleys, missing bank accounts of Putin's, dead spies and pics of whores with politburo members etc.
