I don't think Trump personally colluded with them. Members of his team may have.
But producing fake news and spreading it via bots and trolls, organizing fake FB events which real people showed up to, and then the hacking of the DNC and/or release of that info to Wiki leaks. Yeah that's meddling. And considering they also have done it in numerous other countries why is it difficult to believe?
