re: Garrett Graves Office Number

I tried to email him but I am outside of his district.
"Due to the large volume of US mail, emails and faxes we receive, we are only able to accept messages from residents of the district."
I wonder if this has always been the case or if they had to impliment this policy after he cucked out.
I was in his district prior to redistricting.

We all know Schiff is guilty

I was told during Trump’s first impeachment that due process didn’t apply to political proceedings.

That's right. What's your point?
Keep in mind that an impeachment is literally a political procedure, while a criminal trial is not.
But IMO, censuring Schiff is just as stupid as impeaching Trump was - both times.
Cheers to Graves

What is a vote to censure if not a political proceeding?

It is. I was mistaken in thinking the reference was to Trump's current criminal indictment.

Now due process matters. Such bs.

He shamelessly lied to the American people for years. He deserves some manner of punishment.

A censure is not a punishment. It is meaningless paper with zero practical effect.
The fine in the resolution doesn't even contain an enforcement mechanism. Its nothing but a recommendation for the Ethics Committee.
If they wanted to actually do anything to Schiff, they would move to expel him from the House, put their case to the public on the floor, and make the Democrats vote to keep him.

Where can we see the issues that GG voted on while in office?

Calling the $16 million suggested fine for Adam Schiff “unconstitutional” is misguided at best, and cowardice at worst.
The 27th Amendment states: No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.
1) This fine is not a “law” passed by the House & Senate and signed by POTUS - it’s a House rule, which is explicitly allowed under the Constitution. There is no SCOTUS precedent prohibiting it, yet there is plenty of SCOTUS precedent allowing the House to fine its members. No law was passed to reduce Massie’s or Schiff’s compensation. I hate that Pelosi forced masks on people, but that’s what happens when Democrats rig elections. They take power and they flex it.
2) The privileged resolution only “suggested” a fine of $16 million. The House Ethics Cmte would still need to investigate and assess their own fine. Your vote to protect Schiff did nothing except spit in Republican voter faces to protect one of the worst Democrats in recent history.
3) If Adam Schiff has a problem with the fine, let him fight it in court. Why do Republicans have to spend thousands of dollars in legal fees to determine this like you’re doing? I’d rather Adam Schiff spend his money on legal fees and years in court than us. If he wins his case, then great!
4) 200 Republicans voted in favor of the Fine, including some who are in the same litigation as Massie against Pelosi’s mask fines. Are they all acting unconstitutionally? No, they’re not.
5) Just admit that you’re too much of a coward to do what it takes to save this country. They impeached President Trump twice, wasted 4 years of taxpayer dollars and Republican legal fees on Russia Collusion investigations, rigged 2020, imprisoned thousands of Trump supporters, and arrested Trump twice in the past month.
We are at war with a Marxist takeover of the US Government and some of these RINO sheep are hoping the alligator eats them last.
Most of us, however, recognize what time it is are fighting back. Quit making up BS excuses that don’t hold any water excuses and join us.
Republican voters deserve better.

This RINO voted against a Republican bill to censure Adam Schiff for his lies spouted during the impeachment process for Trump...the so-called Russia Collusion.
I know about 33 folks who are related to me that will not be voting for this clown anymore. Might not sound like much but if everyone tells their family members and neighbors what this Democrat-at-heart has done, maybe we can rid ourselves of him.
