Let's all get a good mental image of what the Fulton County election office must look like. Probably like the DMV but with a bigger paycheck. It is not like we are dealing with a bunch of Einstein's.

And those charges were dismissed for non-substantive reasons which creates another issue. Trying to bring the prosecution into it.

That’d be a question for the investigators. The answer would be written and judicially approved on the search warrant.
But at a bare minimum, process crimes for lying to federal investigators are likely.Possibly destroying records. Racketeering. RICO. Possibly way more crimes for subsequent elections that are part of the things done.
