It will forever continue to climb. Oil prices about to skyrocket artificially pushing to market towards electric alternatives. This will come at a very large price both literally and figuratively all the way up and down the supply chain.

Quickly going from Hold The Line to Hold Your Loins.

Eco Markets about to mini boom though.

The intent is twofold

1. Destabilize the middle east so the hawks can bomb and profit.

2. Make the price of gas so unpalatable that the general public welcomes these electrification pet projects being shoved down their throats.

If you wanna make a quick buck, get in now on electrics. Both automakers and infrastructure assets. Find yourself a startup that donated to the Biden campaign and you can bet a stimulus check is coming their way.

This may be their intention but the costs of electric vehicles and ESPECIALLY replacement batteries will be a sticking point.

And we aren’t even going into charge times. 300mi on one charge isn’t feasible when you have to go twice that in one night.

We can drop them off in liberals’ houses since they are so big on electric cars.

I would hate to even guess the fossil fuel it takes to produce/mine for those batteries. Reminds me of the ethanol scam.

I am certain that you do not realize battery contents are non-haz. They run on unicorn farts. There has been no study that can dispute that fact!

Do we not have some of the lowest gas prices in the World?
Is that fair? I think not.

Meh don't worry about that bro. Electic is better because it's electric. Just look at California.

I always get a kick out of the electrification craze. Not giving any thought to the increased Demands on the grid or to how the electricity is produced. Who cares because fossil fuels are bad right?

Hi oil prices tend to stabilize the ME not destabilize. When oil is high The Kingdom is able to keep its citizens quiet with payoffs.

I hope gas goes to at least $5 a gallon. Time for Americans to suffer so we are willing to get back on track.

Don't forget the extra strain on our electrical grid, if a majority of vehicles become electric. There would have to be a MASSIVE ramp up of modernizing and new transmission capabilities, as well as countless dozens of new plants and power generation infrastructure.

There have been many studies on this subject, and they basically all come to the conclusion that our current grid couldn't come close to handling it. When wind turbines take up too much space without cutting it and coal isn't an option in the new climate-friendly lala land, the only other resort is the "big bad wolf" known as nuclear power.

That's not even mentioning the lack of charging stations along the interstate and highway system nationwide. They may be common in the Liberal strongholds, but go somewhere like Arkansas and find one. Good luck.

We're about to be caught between a rock and a hard place, and it's totally our own politicians' fault.
