Friend’s FB post: LA cops tell her she has to wear mask while eating in park

Good friend of Mrs. Zwin grew up on a ranch in NM. Inherited part of it, sold it, and moved to a place just off the beach in LA a couple of years ago. An aunt gave her a house there as she liquidated rental properties while winding down her life.
Now teaches Spanish at an inner urban school. Her biggest issue with the shutdown is that many of her students have crappy home lives and school is a place for them to get away from it. The shutdown is putting these kids at risk and she’s bent that nobody is considering these costs.
Overall, a no bullshite woman.
Just posted an FB video of her and her 18 yo daughter eating In N Out in a park in LA. Cop walks up to her and says she has to wear the mask because she’s outside. She asks how to do that and eat at the same time. He just says the law is the law.
Dumb law. Mindless enforcement.

I never understood the people who feel the need to “back the blue” in a blanket fashion. I’m sure there are solid cops out there, but a sizable chunk are real pieces of shite and no, I’m not backing them.

For the half that doesn't already speak spanish, is it difficult to teach them to translate ebonics into spanish?
