The environment is perfect right now for the emergence of a truly conservative network. Fox has been dead in the water for quite awhile, now.
Frankly, I'm surprised they still let Hannity talk about the real crooks regarding FISA abuses, Spygate, etc. and bring on Sara Carter and John Solomon almost every night. They've already silenced him on a few other matters.
