They already have databases of everyone who is a citizen and everyone who lives here.

Well, in this case it's already garbage, much like the billions of masks in the oceans.
And guess what, the government spending on this already happened, even if these never get used. So it's literal government funded garbage to begin with.

When you go to the government website for these "free test kits" you have to put in all of your information to receive them, Comrade.

They ask your shot status. Along with dates / gene therapy type (wont call it a vaccination).
