In his declaration in support of CNN's suit against White House officials, @acosta claims that @realDonaldTrump rhetoric has had a direct impact on his life.

Is one attorney giving their opinion what it takes to convince you? Can we apply this across the board, or just to those opinions that confirm your bias? Moron.

I was too happy with the Amazon deal to let the ignorance of some in here bring me down.

Yeah I didn't get the "danger" part. I like Nap, but I don't understand his reasoning here.

Precedent is precedent. You can't just warp history to allows the actions of Trump.

Huh? I was just asking if anyone in the administration used "danger to the president" as their rationale for giving Jim the boot. I didn't understand where he was going with that point.

Well hell,

I'm going to start a blog, call myself a journalist, and demand my seat in the Whitehouse.

That’s because you are ignorant and believe the trite “faux news” talking points. Fox News is fair and balanced. Now you see that.

Every legal analyst I've seen on Fox News and MSNBC has affirmed the precedent that Judge Nap brought up.

You may not like it, but that's how the law works.

You're really going all-in on defending Acosta's behavior.

That makes you very weird.

Would be interesting to see a court claim that anyone has a right to a press pass.

Why does ANYONE have a RIGHT to be in the WH Press Briefing Room? I don't get it.

In fact, the president is under no obligation to do briefings at all.

ignoring your appeal to authority. Please describe to us your legal background and your expertise which allows you to claim “that’s how the law works”. Moron.

Oh, When Sarah put out that doctored video and claimed Acosta inappropriately touched her.

You seem to forget that Twitter is an official medium and can be used in a court of law.

This is what I want to see. Let him back and then hold daily briefings, gaggles, whatever and never call on him.

When President has a presser, he takes a question from every other outlet except CNN.

See how long ol CNN keeps Acosta there.

Which law says that a press pass is a right?

Which law applies to the attendees of a presidential briefing?

Does this same law say where someone is to be seated? How many questions they get per day, week, or month?
