In response to the fact that NYC has positive test results 4 to 5 times higher than the rest of the nation, the expert mentioned that it was, in part, because travel from Asia was allowed to continue AFTER Trump's travel ban was put into effect.
Trump: Do you blame the governor for that.
Cuomo defied the order, and now NYC is paying the price. Then, Gov Cuomo has the nerve to criticize the Administration because NY's resources are being strained. Of course, the MSN is silent on these facts.

Also, flights were still being allowed from Canada, Mexico, and the UK. Chinese travelers could get in by purchasing tickets from countries still being allowed in. Cuomo blocked DHS from accessing travel records that would have prevented this.
