This is the one where the stress caused by white men literally changes the way that black women burn calories

Ever notice that when you look at "soul food" what you see mostly is a traditional Southern diet? Fried foods, corn bread, etc... Now look at the Southern states, and you see higher obesity rates than the rest of the country in general among all races. Does it not stand to reason that the reason so many black folks are obese in America is because their roots are in the South?

Well, I was bypassing the whole crazy Trump theory and getting to the real root of the problem. In order for us to fix obesity problems and diabetic problems in the South is to change our diets. Which I believe is a major contributor to why so many black folks are obese in this country. Genetics do play a role too, but not as much as diet. In a free society where people are free to marry and reproduce with whom they choose, we can't control genetics, we can control our diets, however.

It’s not Trump’s policies, it’s a shitass diet and a glutinous attitude. Anyone whose ever waited tables for a significant period of time knows what I’m talking about. It’s the dumping of raw sugar in already sugary soft drinks or in a glass of water or the pounding down of 7 or 8 strawberry lemonades. It’s ordering the biggest steak on the menu with 3 extra sides and extra extra everything.
