quote:

Hemmer asked, “Do you think the firing was vindictive and reckless?”

Napolitano responded, “I do… Andrew McCabe is more likely than not to be a witness against the Attorney General’s boss, the President of the United States. I think firing him in that environment could very well be interpreted as an effort to diminish his effectiveness as a witness. What’s that called? Obstruction of justice.”

The judge is a real low energy cuck am I right?

Why on earth would FBI OPR recommend obstruction of justice?

Sessions didn’t need to fire him for that. OIG report is gonna do that.

You purposefully omitted the next paragraph:
quote:

Just last week, before McCabe’s firing, Napolitano did say he has serious issues with McCabe’s conduct, saying “he has become the poster boy for a politicized and morally relativist FBI.”
How does firing McCabe prevent him from being a witness against Trump? So, where's the obstruction of justice?

You're so desperate....

Why do you hate the fbi? They recommended his firing.

You have the gall to claim you come here to get out of your bubble, but you post these gotchas and then don't even debate when people try to argue with you.

It already has been. He's not wrong there.

Doesn't make it so.

OIG and OFR recommended the firing. Sessions did it on their recommendations.

Say it slowly...

Trump

Did

Not

Fire

McCabe

We won't know all of the circumstances around it until the report is public. It could be worse than what we know.

This statement was literally made on Fox News, by a paid Fox News contributor who many people regard in high esteem here. You may wanna re-evaluate your position on this one.

Im aware.

Which is the point I was making.

Recommendation for firing came from FBI OPR and OIG. So i’ll ask TardInDC again, why woukd OPR and OIG recommend that Sessions obstruct justice?
