25 years after *Matt Damon told us to look at the actuarial tables, he was finally proven right.
Dick Cheney didn’t make it to the next election.
*Context. For those who don’t remember, during the 2000 election Matt Damon scoffed at the idea of Dick Cheney being W’s choice for VP. Too old, heart conditions… too much a risk to have anyone that fragile so close to being President.
