She should have either: (A) shouted RACIST to the top of her lungs or (B) showed her tits in a fit of defiance or (C) burst into tears in a show of compassionate sympathy with the border invaders. Instead she acted like the ignorant little brain dead barmaid who is trying to bluff and be taken seriously in a setting totally out of her league. And wound up blithering. That's where the other total sh*t for brains congresspeople like Maxine and Hank Johnson have experience on her. They just go native and let it rip, talking about Islands tipping over and crap and act like they won the argument. The gal has got to know her limitations and go with it.
