I understand you and other liberals don't comprehend that some people have too much pride and dignity just to take free handouts, but believe or not, some people don't want to have to other people just give them stuff out of pity. Don't worry though, you can still get your free stuff.

Although I will say that there is some truth in that statement. It's not really nonsense. If he wouldn't have pleaded, he and his son would have gotten hammered financially for their crimes
