Ongoing, LIVE video via C-SPAN

We need some Parliament brawls, like in the Ukraine.

As Pelosi's remarks turned personal, Georgia Republican Rep. Doug Collins rose to challenge her and demand that her words be "taken down." The extraordinary rebuke, the first of its kind by a member of Congress and a speaker of the House in decades, theoretically could result in Pelosi being barred from speaking on the floor for the remainder of the day.

our government is so unbelievably fricking broken and stupid.

All the problems we have and all the work congress has to do.... And they're arguing about whether or not they should vote on whether or not Trump's is a racist. Un-fricking-believable.

I mean seriously I encourage everyone to click that link and watch the actual video of Pelosi's speech. It's mind numbingly ridiculous.

Po' Pelosi.

Collins was very cool in his rebuke, IMO.

It's our fault man. We're the ones that fail to hold them accountable and keep sending the same bunch of retards back up there time and again.

This term,

Some Republicans have condemned the president's remarks, including Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, who tweeted: "There is no excuse for the president’s spiteful comments –they were absolutely unacceptable and this needs to stop."

When are Alaskans going to send this cow packing?

I fear it's too late for simple politics and voting to change things. Something far worse is coming. But I agree we brought it on ourselves

Can someone explain to me how Trump calling out racist and anti-american congresswomen's remarks and telling them if they dont like it, to get out, is in itself racist?

They are going to lose this battle, and harshly. Who is running that party? They can't continue to be this stupid.

Democrats are pure dogshit scum. How many days has it been since Trump defended that withered-up bitch Pelosi when AOC accuses her of being racist? Less than a week? And now that worthless bitch is pulling this pure political bullshite stunt that she knows is a fricking lie. frick her and frick any piece of shite progressives who would agree with what she’s doing here.

Just so I'm clear.... and this is an honest question... What exactly would this 'condemnation" of Trump's comments, along with the vote on the floor, actually DO????

No. No one can. We've started plenty of threads on this board asking Progressives and Democrats to guide us a list of examples of Trump being racist or mysogonistic and they have yet to provide even one much less a list. They can't even provide a list of Republican leadership being racist.

To be fair, I've also asked Republicans to explain to me why they keep voting republican despite that party almost never keeping their promises and doing nothing once in office. I also get no answer other than, hey, it beats the alternative. Which isn't really an answer.

This country is fricked because over half of it, and that's half without designation of party affiliates or race, is fricking retarded. Our society has gotten so fat and so lazy and so uniformed and so blind we are allowing an elitest class of power hungry psychos to destroy the country around us. And we are so set in routine and so afraid to rock the boat we just continue to straight ticket vote on party lines and hope something changes. It won't. And we as citizens are asleep at the wheel. And unfortunately this ends in one of two ways: they win and the country implodes or we wake up and go to war. Neither is desirable.
