If you were really a progressive, you would have transcended these labels. At minimum, we wouldn’t be applauding self segregation.

Lol what are you even talking about? Acknowledging the fact that there are gay bars where the majority of people who go there are gay is not worth this much debate.
People like to be around people with similar interests. This isn’t groundbreaking stuff.

Look, I’m just playing by the left’s rules. I don’t question places where people of similar stripes like to meet. I question the use of labels… only for certain groups.

Straight bars, or so labeled, would be shuddered.
Same if we started labeling churches as “white”.
What’s the difference? Do you think the media wasn’t trying to seed an anti gay narrative in the absence of facts? The same media that can’t bring itself to say the word “Islam” when similar shootings take place.

Last time a gay night club was shot up the media and democrats immediately ran with the hate crime narrative for political gain.
