If tweet fails to load, click here. Tom Fitton has evidence “Oregon and 35 of its counties have an overall registration rate exceeding 100%”
This is how Democrats steal elections
We have to ban mail in ballots and switch to same day in person voting with mandatory Voter ID
“Think about that number for a second
- Let's say you've got 100 voters and all 100 voters are registered to vote. That's a 100% registration rate
- If you have 105% registration rate, that means you have more people on the rolls than are living there and eligible to vote
It's a pretty good indication that if you've got more people on the roles that are actually living there ineligible to vote, they're not cleaning up the voter roles”

I think even we who acknowledge there’s widespread fraud would be shocked at election results if we had in-person only voting with a photo ID in this country

Here is the time honored excuse.
We just need to clean up the rolls and no we will not.
Those people who should not be registered dont vote...............correct, but someone does vote for them

Oregon passed the motor voter bill very early. Essentially, everyone that drives is registered to vote.
Each election, the check the voting history of young voters to see if they have voted in previous elections. If they hadn't voted recently, they assume they will not vote and vote for them.
Young people generally don't vote, it is very unlikely that they (the election stealers) will be caught.
Just do a little research and see when was the last time that a republican won a statewide election in Oregon.

We got an inkling of this when DeSantis cleaned up Florida. It wasnt Trump swinging the hispanic vote, it was DeSantis cleaning up all the shat. And suddenly it went from swing to solid red.
Im sure Cali would probably be blue, but with millions less votes. Most cities like Philly Detroit Atlanta would all be far less blue.
In Cali, how on earth can you let illegals get a license, and then use the DMV as the mailing list for mail in votes? That is ridiculous and the federal govt should move in to stop this nonsense.
Oh wait, "the constitution" says states control the voting. Read it again, and tell George Wallace that. All the aforementioned is a violation of the civil rights of all Americans who are entitled to a vote that counts, not watered down by bullshite.

- no standing
- not enough fraud to make a difference
- he's racist
- happens all the time
- it's only 35 counties, not systematic
- not verified so no need to investigate
- disbar him

Judicial Watch is one of the few groups who actually do things. The problem is that while Democrats tend to ramrod things through and worry about legalities later, groups like JW play within the rule of law and that takes longer to bear fruit.
As an example though, A 2017 settlement under the National Voter Registration Act resulted in the removal of over 1.2 million ineligible/inactive voter registrations from LA County rolls, with ongoing compliance monitoring. For NYC it was ~1M voters.
Their lawsuit against the California Corporate Gender Quota Law (SB 826, 2022) resulted in a permanent injunction of it.
Those are just two quickie examples of JW being an organization which does indeed do something, so you can bet that if Fitton is releasing this information then they already have their legal gameplan in place.
All that said, JW usually operates on the civil side. If/When they prove voter fraud in Oregon, it would be up to state and local prosecutors to file criminal charges. We know this won't happen in OR, so we take what we can get out of the legal system and use that for wider purposes (like pushing federal legislation banning mail-in ballots for Presidential elections, which would impact local elections during Presidential election years).
