Do you not understand the optics of vehemently coming out for ICE? For Israel?
If you can’t, I can’t help you.
What are the optics of voting with radicals every time? Do you really think words mean more than actions?

To the Left optics are huge.
Again, in you can’t take even the tiniest of W’s, stay black pilled.

Fetterman is a good man. He said from the beginning he was an old school Democrat, the blue collar type. He said ten times he wasn't a progressive. Guy is an example of what it means to be true to your principles. I don't agree with on everything but we could use more like him in our jacked up Congress.
Fetterman got his start in politics as the mayor of my mom's hometown, Braddock, PA. It is a shithole that puts all others to shame. It was the most depressed city in country at one point.
He truly did come in and make a difference there and made that place 1000x better than when he found it. I have a huge amount of respect for him for that. Braddock is still pretty bad, but there are signs of life that simply didn't exist before. Perfect example is that there were no grocery store left in the town because of the economics and safety. He talked about the lack of healthy food available, recruited a store to come in and then made sure that there was security and police there at all times so that the business could survive and people could shop safely. Seems like a small thing, but it meant a lot to the people there.
I disagree with a lot of his politics, but he is a fairly independent, old-school Union-style democrat and doesn't fit the current progressive left. Would I vote for him if I still lived in PA, probably not. That said, he is someone I can respect.

It isn't a W. He speaks out against things and then goes and votes the opposite of what he said. That is not a good thing. People who listen to him speak probably think he votes like he speaks. He is lying to the American public. Nobody should celebrate or support liars.

Show me where he voted against ICE or Israel & make your case.
I’m not calling him the next MAGA poster child, but there’s a rift on the D side of the aisle.
We’d do well to help that divide get bigger.

I’m honestly surprised he hasn’t switched parties yet. Unfortunately it took was a stroke to have common sense
He is still a lefty, he can just read the room.
A majority in this country actively support what ICE is doing. An even larger majority would be opposed to abolishing ICE even if some disagree with how things are being done currently.

Did he say abolish ICE? No, he said it’s doing a necessary job & any talk of canceling it is crazy.
And was that the BBB? Please.
