It’s already been overturned. These judges cannot tell what the president can and cannot do so it got overturned (again)

There are multiple different avenues Trump has to impose tariffs. I don’t think the courts will hurt the negotiations. Trump will just double down on those countries. I think you see deals with India Japan and possibly South Korea in the next 10 days.
