I'm guessing that turning over his tax returns to the Manhatten D.A.'s office is pretty much the same as sending them directly to the New York Times.

Federal taxes are a federal issue. If they were simply asking for NY state returns they would have a plausible argument. It's amazing that they actually cite a balance of authority while attempting to reach so very far beyond any conceivable state issue.

Yall? I don't belong to any stereotype that yall push in here. I think for myself. I'm surprised that he hasn't gotten himself at this point, he has the disposition of an 8th grader and the tact of my 7 year old.
