without knowledge or consent of the parents.

Maine father, Eric Sack, siad that a federally funded health clinic operating within his daughter’s school provided his minor child with a baggy of prescription anti-depressants without his knowledge or consent.
Sack decided to pull his daughter out of the public school and seek a doctor of his choice. After Sack withheld his daughter from school, someone sent CPS to investigate him for child abuse.
A CPS agent grilled Sack and his family individually and as a group, including asking questions about Sack’s firearms and where he keeps them. Eventually, CPS indicated that the complaint against him appeared to be unfounded.
The visit from CPS is reminiscent of similar visits that happened in another Maine school district. A mother of a 13-year-old was investigated after she complained about a social worker who had begun a social gender transition for her daughter without parental consent.
The federal government is stripping parents of their parental rights. Now, it’s a good time for everyone regardless of party affiliation to join together and stop this madness.

This is how CPS gets fricking shot.
They don’t remove a kid from a household where they ODed from Fentanyl but can show up to harass parents calling horseshite on schools giving life altering medications without permission.
Antidepressants have warning labels about suicidal thoughts and other things for a fricking reason. Handing them out like Skittles to school kids should have the person involved arrested and likely shot.

Yet most schools won't allow girls to bring Midol on campus or anyone to bring in aspirins.

This is a big push. The school as community model is to place medical and psychiatric resources within schools. Currently, many schools have children undergo psychiatric surveys, so as to identify areas of concern. The tests are administered via computer and the results are used in studies to justify the push into schools.
I have two issues: 1) with the erosion of parental rights and the politicalization of "medicine" there is no way to know if you will know what is happening to your children or be able to get second opinions.
2) The documentation is liable to follow and affect children for their entire lives, perhaps eventually limiting college admissions, employment, and the right to bear arms.
It also enlarges a largely failed system, the public educational system, and offers it additional revenue streams.
With the political twisting of "science", it's a very bad news

If you read carefully what they do with the data, they will use it to identify the kids who need to be re-educated.

If his response wasn't "none of your fricking business" he's not a real man
