The iPhone was made for the average person. That's why they lock it down so tight. An iPhone is to an Android what a console is to a PC. All the non-technical senior citizens I know have iPhones because they can't operate Androids.

I understand your sentiment but the early androids were extremely buggy. I was an android user in the early stages but moved to IPhone after three androids because the IPhone just worked. Once Apple gets you in their ecosystem, it’s hard to get out. I’m sure the androids are better now but that wasn’t always the case.
