Due to the fact that he has the means to pay $5k a month on this travesty, In all honesty and with sincerity, this is what he needs to do:

1) put all assets into a trust with the son as sole beneficiary.

2) Kidnap son

3) Kill ex-wife

4) live on the lamb until caught

5) have a cyanide capsule on him (dad) at all times. That way if cops catch up to him he can pop it in and then die in peace.

This is the only viable options that i see.

ETA: Spoke to My wife about this story and outlined the above plan. She agreed that this would be grounds for the above. Also, that if this were us, she would expect me to end her for such insanity.

Yeah I married well

Again, you demonstrate that you have exactly ZERO idea what you are talking about.

And you — a self-proclaimed quickie-divorce lawyer — are in some way an authority on this matter?

So on the one hand, we have Red State and Life Site News reporting on this ruling, and on the other hand we have Hank, the resident board troll? Yeah. Tough choice about who is more reputable here.

In other words, you are bullshitting as much as the “crapsites” you disparage above? Duly noted.

250 per hour is at the high end, but not crazy as an hourly rate.

That’s an egregious rate for a family counselor.

Seriously , egregious. Or maybe you get higher rates for government work.

Also assuming either the sexual abuser or the father have medical insurance. Copays would be only 25 or 50 bucks.

Question...

bottom line... at this present time, is this woman actually being allowed to mutilate her child or not?

Yes or no?

I've read this entire thread.... and still can't really tell.

We don’t know because a gag order is in place. Yet if the Dallas judge has indeed granted the mother full purview over the child’s medical care, it is reasonable to assume that the mother is following through with her plans for the child’s “transition” since the mother has stated repeatedly in court of her intentions to do so.

Would $5k cover a professional hit on both the count judge and the ex wife?

So many people forget that option.

Your belief that either of these outlets is remotely objective ... rather makes the point for me.

It is the equivalent of relying upon Mother Jones.

It is certainly at the high end.

This isn’t “fascinating” at all. It’s just another dumpster fire family court circus that lives by the demented creed of “mom gets whatever she wants”.

There isn’t any objective news. They report only on things they agree with or tidbits within a larger story that can be spun to confirm bias.

Journalism is as much a bias filter as social media.

What does the kid want? Does he understand what is about to be done TO HIM? Is the mom certifiable? Should she be? This is beyond abuse.

He is probably like most little kids caught in the maelstrom of a divorce ... telling Mommy the things he thinks will make Mommy happy ... and telling Daddy the things he thinks will make Daddy happy.

Divorce is hard on kids, even when Mom and Dad are not trying to kill one another. This one? I suspect a trip to Hell would qualify as a summer vacation for those two poor kids.

The child is in no position to make these decisions. The parents shouldn’t either, frankly. This should be left to the child once reaching age of consent.

If the kid wants to wear a dress to school and the psychotic mother allows, it... so be it. When parents start giving children transitional hormones, psychotherapy, or surgeries, fricked up lines are crossed.

The law should be clear on this by now, but thanks to radical social engineers that have infiltrated the political and judicial space, we have shite like this. I can almost guarantee that your garden variety, “my body my choice” femenazi supports this loon mutilating this child.

So do as you say and not as you do? Since we are depending upon hearsay about your professed legal experience, it is incumbent upon you to provide a link proving otherwise.

What point? I make no claim here that Red State and Life Site News are editorially neutral — both sites are admittedly opposed to this insane “transgender” agenda — as should be any rational person. That does not mean that those sites are factually misreporting what happened in this case.

Your attempt to paint this case as just another family custodial battle is a bridge too far even for you. As a point of fact, it is the mother alone who has intentioned her desire to afflict physical and emotional violence upon another person, in this case an innocent child.

Look Hank, the vast majority of this board recognizes your “principled conservative” circus clown routine for the troll act it is. Thank you for confirming what many of us already suspect.
