What I am saying is that you appear to be an idiot.

There is a law on the books. The US attorney does not have standing to challenge the law. That is not how it works. Someone would have to violate the law and argue it is not constitutional.

I asked if that was done and your answer just confirmed your ignorance. I do not know the law and apparently you do not either. It may not be constitutional but until it is challenged it is, in fact, the law.
